Notice of Fee Increase

Effective March 1, 2026, prices for all sessions will increase by $5.

This change reflects the rising costs of doing business and the continued professional training and care that I bring to my practice. It also helps me keep my work sustainable so I can continue showing up with presence and steadiness for you and others I support.

I know fee increases can be an adjustment, and I wanted to give you plenty of notice. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we can talk it through together.

• Individual Counselling Sessions (50 minutes) - $155
• Couples Counselling Intake Sessions (75 minutes) - $255
• Couples Counselling Follow-up Sessions (50 minutes) - $175
• Consultations (15 minutes) - Free
